MEET AND GREET SERVICE
This is where the client is met and greeted, by an English speaking Chauffeur, inside the airport arrivals area with a nameboard. Upon meeting the client, the Chauffeur will always confirm the destination, escort the client to the vehicle and assist with any luggage before setting off to the destination as per the booking.
FOREIGN LANGUAGE
If you would like to arrange for a meet and greet in a language other than English, e.g. Spanish, French, German, Arabic, etc please let us know. Many of our Service Partners are multilingual and we maybe able to accommodate your request to be greeted in a language of your choice, subject to advance booking and availability. Terms and conditions apply.
ADDITIONAL FREE WAITING TIME
Clients can pre authorise additional free waiting time for all airport pickups in London. This simply means that our Service Partners enter the airport terminal from the pre authorised waiting time that was selected when the booking was made.
If a client selects 30 minutes, our Service Partner will enter the airport terminal 30 minutes after the flight has landed. The 60 minutes free waiting time will then begin from when the Service Partner has entered the airport terminal and not from when the flight actually landed.
In this example, the client has 90 minutes to collect their luggage and meet the Service Partner in the arrivals hall without incurring extra fees for waiting time or car parking.

Save your favourite chauffeurs on your personal profile and be met by a friendly face whenever you travel. A useful feature if you travel frequently in unsociable hours and would like a personalised travel experience. All chauffeur requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance are subject to availability. Always book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
