We work with the top 1% of chauffeurs in London and we guarantee an exceptional service from collection to final destination. With a global network of trusted Service Partners, we provide reliable ground transportation services throughout the United Kingdom and in more than 130 countries across the globe.

In order to ensure that our clients are taken care of outside of our primary service area (London, United Kingdom), forging professional business relationships with like-minded individuals and businesses on a global scale is a must.
WHAT WE OFFER
Our office staff our industry specialists who meticulously check every booking before we dispatch them to our Service Partners. We correct any information that may have been overlooked by the person making the booking. This ensures all of our services are prompt and error free.
We always email our B2B affiliates Chauffeur details as soon as we have assigned a chauffeur. This is for their peace of mind and helps us to ensure a smooth and reliable service at all times.
We always have a duty manager on hand to reconnect the client and chauffeur just in case they lose contact at any time.
Our airport transfer rates are inclusive and car parking charges, drop off fees and tolls are always factored into the rate. We do not have any hidden costs.
All of our Service Partners have at least three years of driving experience. This ensures the highest quality of service at all times. All of our London based Service Partners have to pass our topographical test before they can be a part of our team.
We have ten different vehicle types. The more expensive the vehicle class, the greater the base rate and the cost per mile. We have a budget transfers service where we may able to price match a rate you have received from a competitor dependent upon the rate difference.
In London, we offer all of our B2B clients a 25% discount on all of our services if they book and pay for the service at least 24 hours in advance. Internationally the discount percentage and cancelation policy vary dependent upon time of year and country.
We have B2B relationships with ground transportation suppliers in more than 130 countries across the globe and we maybe be able to source a vehicle with as little as 24 hours of notice. However, for the best possible rates, please always book as far in advance as possible.
WHAT WE EXPECT
In order to partner with you, we require images of your actual fleet, both interior and exterior as well as passenger and luggage capacity. This speeds up the booking process as we then do not have to repeatedly ask you for the same information over and over again.
We offer 60 minutes waiting time at the airport and 15 minutes free for all other services in London. We would like our clients to continue to receive this irrespective of the country they require the service in.
We would like an emergency contact number of a shift manager who is responsible for tracking their chauffeurs. We will only contact the shift manager in case of an emergency.
We require for all of our Service Partners all over the world to be able to converse with our clients in English at all times and have above average knowledge of the geographical area that they work in.
For some long distance and intercity transfers, some Service Partners are restricted in terms of the states, cities and counties in which they can operate their vehicle in. We would need to informed of any such restrictions when jobs are assigned just in case our client wishes to extend their service.
We require the chauffeurs full name and a WhatsApp contact number for them at least 24 hours before the service is due. The chauffeur may be asked to turn on their live location during the service. They will only be called in case of an emergency.
In London we offer a 24 hour cancellation policy and a 25% B2B discount as well as complimentary upgrades (subject to availability). We would like a similar B2B discount and cancellation policy in return.
We understand that all airports are different and sometimes it may not be possible to meet the passengers in the arrivals area or by baggage claim. If this is the case, we would like clear instructions at least 24 hours prior to the pickup as to where the chauffeur will be waiting for them so that we can inform our clients.
