EMPTY LEG TRANSFERS
Budget transfers also known as empty leg transfers are designed to reduce the carbon footprint of vehicles that are already on the road. They work extremely well for both clients and Service Partners. Clients can potentially experience chauffeur driven luxury for a fraction of the cost and Service Partners get paid for both legs of their journey.
REVERSE AUCTION
Budget transfers work a bit like a reverse auction. You submit a request for an airport transfer using the form on this page, and specify a realistic budget for the transfer. We then log the transfer details on our booking platform for all our Service Partners to see.
1. ACCEPTED BIDS
If the request you have submitted aligns with the work schedule of one of our Service Partners at a rate which they are prepared to carry out the service for, we take the booking and email you a confirmation once the service has been paid for.
2. REJECTED BIDS
In the event that no bid has been made on your transfer request, we will email you the minimum rate we can carry out the transfer for. If you then decide to go ahead with the booking we email you a confirmation once the booking has been paid for.
TIP: FOR A BETTER CHANCE OF ACCEPTANCE ALWAYS REQUEST A BUDGET TRANSFER AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. IF YOU HAVE SUBMITTED A REALISTIC REQUEST, THERE IS A GOOD CHANCE YOUR BID MAY BE REQUESTED QUICKLY.

When you click on the submit button, we receive an email. We then log your request on our booking platform and process your budget transfer booking request.
