PARCEL DELIVERY

Do you need an URGENT PARCEL or DOCUMENT delivered from anywhere in London to anywhere in the United Kingdom?

UPON ARRIVAL

Upon arrival Our Service Partner will make contact with the client via SMS. When they receive the parcel they require the following information:

1. The Senders full name
2. The Senders mobile phone number
3. The Recipients full name
4. The Recipients mobile number
5. Recipients full address including postcode
6. The deadline for the parcel or document delivery

OPTIMUM ROUTE

Once our Service Partner has the parcel they will always take the optimum route to ensure the parcel is delivered within the time scale required. They will notify the recipient via SMS that they are on route to deliver the parcel and their estimated time of arrival.

AT THE DESTINATION

Upon arrival at the destination our Service Partner will make contact with the parcel recipient and attempt to make the delivery. In the event of no contact with the recipient our Service Partner will leave the parcel with a neighbour. Proof of delivery will be sent to the sender via a SMS.

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

In the event that delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel will be brought back to our Central London office. It will then be the senders responsibility to collect the parcel within seven days or it will be disposed of. An additional delivery fee will be charged if the sender would like the parcel returned back to them.
