WHAT WE OFFER

FAIRER FARES

IN LONDON, WE PAY A MINIMUM OF £20 FOR UP TO FIVE MILE FOR A TRANSFER IN AN ECONOMY CLASS VEHICLE, AFTER WHICH WE PAY £1.75 PER MILE.

We contribute £7.50 towards the Congestion Charge for all transfers that either start, finish or go through the Congestion Charge Zone when it is applicable.

The greater the vehicle the greater the remuneration rate. We pay approximately 15% more for all services that our service partners are requested for. Terms and conditions apply.

SERVICE PARTNER PROFILE

AS LONDON BASED SERVICE PARTNER, YOU WILL HAVE YOUR OWN PROFILE ON THIS WEBSITE.

Your profile will allow our local, national and international client base to book your services in advance in accordance to your working hours and skill set. 

Every time you are requested for a booking you will be paid the incremented remuneration rate for that particular service. In addition, you will also receive two loyalty points for each booking you are able to accommodate.

MOST OF OUR AIRPORT TRANSFERS ARE ALLOCATED AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE.

With the passage of time, we intend to offer more work with a regular client base to our Service Partners in accordance to their vehicle class and working hours. 

This will promote Service Partner retention and ensure we provide the best possible customer service to each and everyone one of our clients at all times.

EMPTY LEG TRANSFERS

WORK SMART AND MAXIMISE YOUR EARNINGS WHEN YOU ARE BEHIND THE WHEEL. TIME IS MONEY.

If you have a single pre-booked transfer either going to the airport or picking up from the airport we may be able to find you a client to reduce your dead mileage. 

If you are looking for a return transfer always please try to notify us at least 48 hours in advance so we can try to reduce your dead mileage. Time is money and so you may as well be earning every time the wheels are turning.

LOYALTY POINTS

ALL LONDON BASED SERVICE PARTNER ARE INCENTIVISED TO COLLECT LOYALTY POINTS. POINTS CAN BE COLLECTED IN A NUMBER OF DIFFERENT WAYS.

  • For each successful job a Service Partner completes they receive one point
  • For each requested booking a Service Partner successfully completes they receive two points
  • Every time a client writes a positive review about a Service Partner, they receive three points
  • Every time a Service Partner successfully passes a mystery shop, they receive five points
  • Every time your Service Partner ID is used to make a booking anywhere in the world you receive one point
  • Every time a Service Partner that you have recommended to the Rydeonix Platform successfully completes a job you receive one point

ONGOING PASSIVE INCOME

USE YOUR SERVICE PARTNER ID TO RECOMMEND CLIENTS TO THE RYDEONIX BRAND FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS AND EARN ONGOING COMMISSION.

The very first time a client uses your Service Partner ID to make an international booking with us we give you 20% of the net profit we make on that booking as revenue share. 

Your Service Partner ID now gets linked to that clients account. Now whenever that client makes a booking with us anywhere in the world, we give you 10% of the net profit we make for all future bookings. Terms and conditions apply.

CLIENT REVIEWS

ALWAYS ASK CLIENTS TO LEAVE A REVIEW. WHEN EVER A CLIENT LEAVES A POSITIVE REVIEW FOR A SERVICE THAT YOU HAVE PROVIDED THEM MENTIONING YOUR NAME AND/OR SERVICE PARTNER ID YOU RECEIVE ONE POINT.

Always remember to ask the client to leave a review for the service that you have just provided them with. If the client is happy with the service, they will be more than willing to do so. 

The client may add you to their profile, request you when they make their next booking or even recommend you to their friends. Any requests you are able to accommodate will result in a higher rate of pay.

VALUE OF POINTS

EVERY POINT ACCUMULATED EQUATES TO £1.

Once one thousand points have been accumulated, the investment becomes active. An active investment can be cashed out at the end of the tax year.

WHAT WE EXPECT

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

Our test consists of 40 multiple choice questions which test your knowledge of Central London, its motorways, famous landmarks and directional skills. An experienced chauffeur should pass this test with ease. If you do not get at least 30 out of 40 questions correct then unfortunately we cannot work together.

Everyone can drive, but not everyone is a driver or even a Chauffeur for that matter. Experienced Chauffeurs should be able to navigate smoothly in Central London or anywhere in the United Kingdom for that matter, ensuring that their client is comfortable and feeling relaxed throughout the journey.

Be careful while you are driving. Drive slowly and smoothly over speedbumps. Stick to the speed limit at all times even when the client asks you to overspeed to they can make their flight. Always remember you are responsible for any endorsements and fines that you receive as a direct consequence of your driving, not the client.

Your vehicle must free from any odour, clean inside and out when carrying out a service for us. It must have multi mobile phone chargers, Wi-Fi (dependent upon service class) at least two bottles of bottled water or more dependent upon the number of clients and free from any personal items or clutter. Always ensure that the front passenger seat is pushed as far forward as possible to ensure extra leg room in the back of the vehicle.

Anyone of the clients could be a mystery shopper and they will be evaluating the service that they receive. Once the service has been completed, they will submit a detailed report via email to Rydeonix. If you pass the mystery shop five loyalty to points will be added to your profile. If you fail, dependent upon the severity your contract may be terminated with immediate effect.

Upon passing your topographical test we email you a contract which explains in detail all of our Terms and Conditions. Before being able to Represent Rydeonix we expect you to fully understand and agree our Terms and Conditions. If there is anything you are unsure about or even just one condition that you cannot comply with then we are probably not the right company for you.

At times Service Partners will be privy to sensitive data from the client’s businesses and it must remain confidential. This also extends to all confidential information which may be provided by the company. Service Partners must maintain the confidentiality of all client and company information. This includes not disclosing any information to third parties. Breaches of confidentiality will result in contract termination and potential legal action. All data handling must comply with GDPR.

It must be stressed that you as an Independent Service Partner are purely a sub-contractor and must act only as such and is not employed Rydeonix Services Limited. Whilst the remuneration rate for the services that you carry out for us are above the average market rate, you must understand that you are working with us on a zero hours contract. You are responsible for paying your own National Insurance and Tax.

The registration fee is used to create your online Service Partner Profile. Your profile will be your personal marketing tool and can also be used to generate passive income. If your services are requested using your Service Partner ID and you are able to accommodate the service request, the remuneration base rate will be approximately 15% higher.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Registering with Rydeonix means aligning yourself with a brand that represents the pinnacle of luxury and professionalism in the ground transportation industry. Our main focus will be to maintain relationships with our existing client base and to build professional relationships with new clients. We help you to succeed within the industry whilst generating a passive income stream for when you retire.

We want to work with the best. Unfortunately, there is no way of us knowing how good you are until you actually start working with us. The test is designed to refresh your knowledge and give us confidence that you have experience. If you do not get at least 30 out of 40 questions correct then unfortunately we cannot work together.

The registration fee is used to create your online profile. We are the only Brokerage Company that has detailed Service Partner profiles on our website. Your profile will be your personal marketing tool which will give you access to all of our local, national and international client base. You will also have access to our international ground transportation network, which will allow you to provide your clients ground transportation services in more than 130 countries across the world.

We have two different rates of pay. The first is a standard rate (Rate 1) that we pay all of our Service Partners. The second (Rate 2) is an incremented rate we pay our Service Partners if they are requested by our clients via their online profile and chauffeur ID. The greater the vehicle class, the greater the rate of pay.

As an example:

Rate 1: For a Business Class transfer from W1 to Heathrow Airport we pay £75 + £5 drop off fee + £7.50 for the CC contribution. So that’s a total of £87.50 (net).

Rate 2: For a Business Class transfer from W1 to Heathrow Airport we pay £85 + £5 drop off fee + £7.50 for the CC contribution. So that’s a total of £97.50 (net).

We pay £7.50 towards the congestion charge for all transfers that begin, go through or terminate in the congestion charge zone. If you are carrying out more than two transfers for us in any given 24-hour period only two lots of the congestion charge will be paid. We do not pay congestion charge for fully electric vehicles as they are exempt.

All Service Partner statements are generated every Wednesday for transfers that are carried out for the previous week between Monday to Sunday. All payments are then made via bank transfer by 17:00 hours two days later on Friday. If there are monies owed for cash jobs we make the relevant adjustment before paying you.

The majority of our clients pay online, via bank transfer or a secure payment link. Some of our clients, especially those requesting budget transfers may opt to pay cash directly to the Service Partner. Any commission that is owed to us for cash bookings should made via bank transfer by 17:00 hours on the following Friday. We do not accept cash bookings from clients who are not registered with us.

We probably have the best loyalty program in the industry. Our loyalty program encourages you to earn points not only through direct work that you carry out, but ongoing passive points through other Service Partners and clients that you recommend to us using your Service Partner ID. The points earned through recommendations are ongoing even when you retire. Points can then be invested or cashed out at the end of each financial year.

As a Service Partner you will be in the front line of the business and will be servicing the ground transportation needs of approximately two thousand private individuals, large families, high-net-worth business clientele, corporate travellers, directors, musicians, artists, sports personalities, actors, and discerning executives all of whom value a quality service.

 

We have a combined network of over 2.7 million potential B2C clients. Within 12 – 18 months we also aim to have a strong presence in the B2B sector. We do not guarantee a minimum number of jobs per day or earning a minimum earnings guarantee. What you put into the company is what you will get out. Having said that, with the passage of time we intend to be your primary provider of jobs, with reasonable remuneration.

If you require an airport transfer for yourself, simply use the budget transfers form to submit your requirements and will endeavour to get you the best possible rate for your airport transfer in the required vehicle. JOIN OUR TEAM IN THREE STEPS

This questionnaire takes two minutes to complete on your smart phone. When answering the questions please give your honest opinions on what the rate for the service should be. Do not pick the cheapest answer, pick the most realistic answer.

The test consists of 40 questions and takes about 20 minutes of your time, perhaps even less. All of the questions are multiple choice. If you do not get at least 30 out of 40 questions correct then unfortunately we cannot work together as we are looking for experienced Service Partners.

Onboarding sessions will take place in small groups. There will be a 15-minute presentation, Some Driver App training, followed by signing of contracts and an opportunity For Service Partners to ask any questions. Each onboarding session will take approximately 60 minutes. When attending the onboarding session, please dress in work attire.
